Bundu Bashers MTB Club was established by our coasts local mountain bikers in 2003. They share a passion for cycling, a loathing for meetings and a love for the outdoors. For them every ride is a little holiday and their bikes take them places that their cars never could! The Club registered itself with KZNMBC (Kwa Zulu Natal Mountain Biking Commission) and CSA (Cycling South Africa) as an affiliated and constituted mountain biking club. This allows the paid-up members to acquire their racing licences under the club’s auspices.
Mountain Biking
The Club has been involved with several community developments relating to mountain biking and hosts various events on the South Coast as well as serves as a networking platform to share mountain biking related news via their Facebook page. Our glorious South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal boasts a range of mountain biking trails, namely, Clear Water, Rocky Bay, Burry Stander Bike Park, Ingeli Forest Resort and Lake Eland.
